Tamron 28-75mm F/2.8

All of these images were shot using the Tamron SP F/2.8 28-75mm lens
on the Canon Digital Rebel.

All of the shots below, even the Chimp, were shot thru display glass.

These are straight out of the camera, with absolutely no post processing. Obviously, the
photos would look far better with levels applied, USM, a little noise reduction, etc however; I
am trying to display the true performance of the lens when used wide open
at F/2.8, in an extremely tough shooting environment... simply AWESOME Performance.

Shark

This one was a very tough photo to capture, swimming right at me, thru the shadows past a little
ray of light. I wasn't able to crop him tightly in frame so, this one works better at
50% however, I included the 100% crop anyways.

28mm Shot at F/2.8

Obviously, aperture should be increased for wide angle to at least F/8 to F/16
to really keep everything in focus. However, again in order to really show the performance of the lens...
here is a wide angle 28mm cityscape, taken at F/2.8

With the aperture this narrow on a wide angle shot, below is the worse result
I can get at 28mm... this lens is amazingly sweet!
